I set up an AI chatbot to answer my Instagram DMs. It was… not what I expected. I get a LOT of repetitive DMs, so I thought—why not automate it? I connected OpenAI Playground, Make, and ManyChat so my DMs would be handled by AI instead of me. It technically worked—people could chat with my bot and get responses about my services (and a couple of people did while I was testing it out!).
