We start by properly understanding how your business actually runs:

  • and where the team is doing work the systems should be doing


This process shows the gaps you couldn’t fully see before.
That’s a good thing.


Because once everything is visible, we can build systems that genuinely support the team, not just store information.

Audit The Current System

We’ll look at where information currently lives,  how enquiries, bookings, and requests move through the business, who is responsible for what and where that handover breaks down, and what people are relying on memory or workarounds to manage.

Deep Dive Into Your Tools

Once I understand how your business is currently operating, I will do a deep dive into your platforms on my own to see what you already have set up and also for opportunities to connect the tools you currently have. This gives me the full picture so any recommendations I make next are grounded in reality, not assumptions.

Build The New System

Once we know what needs to change, I design and implement the systems that bring it together. That might include: a single place to see what's happening or connected tools that reflect how the team already works. The goal is a setup that the team can rely on as the business continues to grow.

Training

I'll walk you and your team through:

  • how everything fits together
  • how the team uses it day to day
  • how to make adjustments as needed


So that this doesn't become another thing that your team needs to work around. It becomes the way your business runs.

EVOLVE Is A Two-Step Process


EVOLVE starts with understanding what's really happening before anything is changed.


That first phase is a deep audit and systems review. Only once that is complete do we decide together what makes sense to implement, refine or leave alone.


Nothing is rushed. Nothing is assumed.


At the end of Phase 1, you'll receive:

Systems + Operations Report


It walks you through:

  • how your current tools and systems fit together
  • what's already working well and supporting the team
  • where extra effort, duplication or friction is creeping in



Prioritised Recommendations


This outlines:

  • What I suggest changing first
  • Where things could be simplified or automated
  • What's better solved through clear process, not more tech

A Practical Roadmap Forward


This shows:

  • The order things should happen
  • What kind of support would be most helpful for the team
  • What improvement would realistically look like

Phase 2 is the implementation and evolution work, shaped entirely by what comes out of the audit.


This might include:

  • refining or rebuilding specific systems
  • simplifying the workflows
  • connecting your tools together


Nothing here is pre-defined.


The audit gives us the information we need to make the most strategic decision about what support actually makes sense next.

  • Do we need to be ready to change platforms?

    No.


    The audit is about understanding what’s already there first.


    If something needs to change, I’ll explain why and what the trade-offs are but there’s no default assumption that you should switch tools or rebuild everything.

  • What if the issues are more about process than technology?

    That’s exactly why EVOLVE starts with a deep dive instead of jumping straight into tools.


    If something is better solved through clearer roles, decision-making, or process design, that will be reflected in the recommendations.


    Technology only comes in where it genuinely supports the way you work.

  • Who should be involved in this process?

    This works best when the people who understand how things run day to day are involved.


    That might include founders, directors, or key operational team members.


    We’ll decide together who needs to be part of which conversations.

  • What do you need from our team during the process?

    For Phase 1, the main thing I need is visibility.


    That usually looks like: access to your current tools and systems, time for one or two key conversations with the people who know how things actually work day to day. and an openness to share what feels clunky, manual, or frustrating.


    I’m not asking your team to prepare presentations, document everything in advance, or have perfectly formed answers.


    My role is to listen, look closely at what’s already there, and connect the dots so the recommendations are grounded in reality, not theory.


    I’ll guide the process and keep the time commitment focused and respectful of everyone’s workload.

  • What if we only want the audit and not the implementation?

    That’s completely fine.


    EVOLVE is intentionally designed as a two-step process. Phase 1 stands on its own and is valuable whether or not you move forward with implementation.


    Once the audit is complete, we’ll review the findings together and talk honestly about what makes sense for your circumstances. If implementation isn’t needed, isn’t a priority right now, or is better handled internally, we won’t move forward.


    There’s no expectation or pressure to continue into Phase 2 unless it genuinely feels like the right next step for you.
