Every Execute day is different because every client's list is different. Here's the kind of work that typically gets done:

What the day looks like
Before the Day
You send me your priority list including everything you'd like to get done, in order of importance. Don't worry about it being perfect. A brain dump is fine.
The Kickoff Call
We start the day with a short call to finalise priorities, talk through anything that needs clarifying, and make sure I have access to all the tools I need. (If you're in a different time zone, this call can happen the day before.)
The Work
I spend the full day working through your list. You're free to get on with your day. I'll pick up anything I need to check with you as we go, but the goal is to keep interruptions to a minimum.
The Handover
At the end of the day, you receive a recorded walkthrough of everything that was built, so you or a VA can understand and manage it going forward.

Dates are limited as each day is held exclusively for one client, so availability books up quickly.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
How to apply: Fill in the application form below with your priority task list. I review your list and come back to you with an honest assessment of what we can get through in a day. Once we've agreed on priorities, I'll send you a booking link to choose your date and complete payment.

How far in advance do I need to book?
As soon as possible.
Execute days are held exclusively for one client at a time, so availability is limited.
If you have a date in mind or a deadline you're working toward, get in touch and we'll see what's possible.
How do I prepare my priority list?
However works best for you.
A brain dump, a bullet list, a voice note transcribed - anything goes.
The kickoff call is there to help us sort and prioritise together, so it doesn't need to be perfectly organised before we start.
What if we don't get through everything on my list?
Before the kickoff call I'll review your list and give you a realistic sense of how much I think we can cover in a day.
We'll always work through the highest priority items first, so the most important things get done regardless.
Anything we don't reach can either be carried into a future Execute day or handled as a separate project.
Do I need to be available all day?
Not at all.
Once we've done the kickoff call and I have everything I need, you're free to get on with your day.
I'll only reach out if something urgent needs your input.
What tools do you work with?
A wide range: CRM platforms, automation tools, email marketing platforms, project management tools, course platforms, and more.
If you're not sure whether your tools are covered, just ask before booking.
Can my VA join the kickoff call?
Absolutely. In fact, it's a great idea.
If your VA will be managing or maintaining any of the systems we build, having them on the call means they'll be across everything from the start.
What if I need more than one day?
No problem. Some clients book consecutive days or return for a second Execute day further down the line.
If your list is particularly long, we can talk through whether one day is likely to cover it or whether a different service might be a better fit.
