What to Expect

  • Discovery & Assessment

    Initial consulation to understand your current workflow and goals. I will review your existing workflows, systems and tools to find opportunities for automation.

  • Workflow Design

    I will map out a tailored automation workflow based on your specific needs. I will only recommend/use tools that integrate seamlessly with your existing setup. 

  • Implementation

    I will build the workflow as designed. Example tasks that could be automated: client onboarding, lead nurturing, task delegation, or appointment scheduling. I will connect the tools you are already using like your CRM, email marketing, project management apps and payment processors so they are working cohesively.

  • Training and Documentation

    Depending on your preference, I will provide a live session or a recorded Loom video showing how to manage and tweak the automations. 

  • Testing and Optimization

    I will test each workflow to ensure it runs smoothly and address any bugs. I will also set up tracking for key metrics to measure the impact of the automation (this can be things like time saved or lead conversation rates).

  • Ongoing Support (Optional Add-On)

    Monthly retainer option for continued optimization and adjustments as the business evolves. With this add-on, I will ensure all tools and ingretations stay up to date. 

How It Works

Consultation

I start with a consultation to understand you and your current workflow. We can do this consultation through Zoom or I can provide a questionnaire for you to answer.

Strategy Development

Once I have a thorough understanding of your business and payment is complete, I create a custom automation plan and workflow maps.

Implementation & Testing

I set up and configure automations in Make or Zapier. Then I conduct thorough testing and make improvements as needed.

Training & (Optional) Ongoing Maintenance and Support

I provide training and documentation for you and your staff regarding the automations or you can choose to keep me on for ongoing monitoring, updates, and support. This requires a retainer payment, which can be made monthly or quarterly.

How much does it cost?

There are three levels of pricing for this package:


Base Package: £2,000

  • Includes discovery, workflow design, implementation for up to 3 workflows, and training/documentation.


Mid-Tier Package: £4,000

  • Includes everything in the base package plus:
  • Up to 7 total workflows.
  • 30 days of post-implementation support.


Premium Package:  £6,000

  • Includes everything in the mid-tier package plus:
  • Up to 10 total workflows.
  • Ongoing retainer for 3 months
  • More complex automation setups (e.g., multi-step workflows involving CRMs, payment systems, project management tools).


 

Optional Add-Ons:


Additional Workflows: £500-£1000 each, depending on the complexity


Monthly Retainer: £500/month for ongoing support

Typically, this package takes 2–4 weeks from start to finish, depending on the complexity of the workflows and the systems involved. I’ll keep you updated at every stage to ensure we stay on track!
